This is a free service run by one person. There are no accounts, so there are no account questions; almost everything that arrives is one of three things — "the result looks wrong", "this file will not open", or "this screen is broken". Follow the notes below and one round trip is usually enough.

Replies normally go out within two to three days. For a false result, say what kind of input it was (photo, video, text, link), what percentage came back and what it actually was — you do not need to send the file itself. For a broken screen, include the device and browser name plus the "Recent progress log" from Settings & Diagnostics; that usually pins the cause without a reproduction. Data-deletion requests go to the same address and are handled promptly after verification. Code suggestions and bugs are also welcome as GitHub issues (github.com/rayvoidx/ai-image).
